Started going to the calisthenics classes in September 2024 and I absolutely love them. Darren is a great coach - super friendly and helpful and makes you feel at ease as a beginner. The atmosphere is really great and everyone is very supportive without taking themselves too seriously. I have only been going for a few months now but have seen huge improvement having managed to finally be able to do the monkey bars at the gym and do knee push ups.
